Prior to that he worked in the Silicon Valley as a R&D expert, Engineering Manager and Program Manager for over 10 years. Dr. Liu is the first inventor of 10 granted/pending patents.

VP, Mr. Philip Liu

Mr. Liu is a born entrepreneur. He specializes in international product/market development and is skilled in mobile App design. He earned his B.A. in Economics at U.C. Davis, worked with top tier international brands on multiple projects, and achieved over 10K daily downloads for one of his iOS Apps.
